Good to know before you book

Tell us about your property and what you need. We’ll help define the scope.

What does a roof inspection show?

The survey documents the roof’s visible condition, including coverings, penetrations, edges and drainage. We mark areas needing attention in the photos. Hidden damage or the cause of a leak may require further checks on site.

When should I have the roof inspected?

In spring after the snow melts, in autumn before frost, and after a severe storm. An inspection also helps with maintenance planning and before buying or taking over a property.

Can I share the material with a contractor or insurer?

Yes. You can share the report and photos with the owner, maintenance partner or insurer. For an insurance claim, check in advance what documentation your insurer requires.

What determines the price and delivery time?

The price depends on the roof’s size, location and scope of the inspection. Send the property address and a short description of what you need. We agree on the price, deliverables and delivery date in the quote.
